Author Copyright Retention Policy
Authors publishing with JCEBS: Journal of Capital Markets, Economics, and Business Studies retain full copyright ownership of their manuscripts without restrictions.
By submitting to JCEBS, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, index, and distribute the article as the official first publisher of record. Authors are free to enter into separate, non-exclusive contractual arrangements for the distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., deposit it in an institutional repository, share on academic networks, or publish it in a book chapter), provided initial publication in JCEBS is explicitly acknowledged.

Protection of Academic Integrity & Moral Rights
Ikatan Dosen Pasar Modal Indonesia (IDPMI) as the publisher of JCEBS ensures that:
- The moral rights of authors (to be properly cited, acknowledged, and protected against unauthorized distortion of their work) are strictly upheld.
- All published articles receive a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref to guarantee persistent citation integrity.
- Digital archiving and long-term preservation are maintained through PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS.
