Author Copyright Retention Policy

Authors publishing with JCOD: Journal of Community Outreach and Development retain full copyright ownership of their manuscripts without restrictions.

By submitting to JCOD, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the article as the first publisher of record. Authors are free to enter into separate, non-exclusive contractual arrangements for the distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in JCOD.
